Canada Stamps - B - Semi Postal
Canada Semi-Postal stamps were first issued in 1974. These stamps are sold with a surcharge over regular postal fees, the additional charge is dedicated for a special cause. They were established to help finance the Montreal Olympics of 1976, but since they have contributed to different causes such as literacy and mental health.
